Omg you are trained and educated in everything lol. I bet you are a huge inspiration to your kids to stay in school, do well and succeed. I wish I had more get up and go like you. Impressive.
Thanks Suse, I do wish my love for learning had rubbed off on the kids but if it has they have yet to show it! lol
And I’ve just signed up for another course towards my second degree whilst I try to decide what I will do for my Masters!

I was just looking in google images for a picture of a pinball machine interface as I was telling my CAT therapist about my pinball machine analogy last week (I’ve decided to do my CAT map based around pinball imagery). I’ve used the pinball imagery to describe my BPD for over a decade now and no-one’s really felt it to be a good analogy (preferring the rollercoaster one). Great to come accross your blog and see that I’m not alone in thinking like you and your other half.
Yeah I think the Pinball analogy fits much better, rollercoaster just doesn’t cover all the twists, turns, bumps etc that are part of BPD!
