After Wednesday’s very self-pitying check-in I was told by many people that I should be proud of how much I manage to achieve despite what I am going through and I guess those people are right. I am feeling a bit more positive now, having managed to make some progress on my personal issues has helped with that I suppose!

ROW80 Check-in – The self-pity post…
As I said on Sunday I am very low at the moment, having some major difficulties with my BPD. I took some time out trying to get myself some help on Monday, but unfortunately this just lead to feeling even worse as I discovered the the UK Mental Health Support systems are not just a ‘postcode lottery‘ for NHS care but also for any level of support, whether privately aid for or charitable organisations…
A short ROW80 Check-in
This is gonna be a short check-in as I am really not ‘feeling it’ at the moment. I may have made good progress again this week but I’m not so sure how the next week will go as I am having some real problems with my BPD at the moment, very low and emotionally unstable. Hence why I just don’t feel up to saying much today. So I’ll just crack straight on with the check-in…
